Your hometown paint and decorating supply store

Struve's Paint and Decorating has changed over the past 70 years from a paint contracting and hardware store to a paint and decorating store. Kenneth Struve started the business in 1947 with George Brumm. From 1948-1965, the Struve family lived in an apartment above the paint shop. A variety of other businesses were held in the adjacent little building. During the late sixties and most of the seventies, Struve’s had an art gallery and frame department on the second floor of the store. Today, the second floor is the decorating department, where you can buy window fashions and wall coverings.
